Unofficially, Blue Earth County saw just over 28,000 votes cast in Tuesday’s election.
Director of Taxpayer Services Michael Stalberger says that puts the county at around a 76 percent participation rate.
That’s above the state average of 63.82 percent.
Stalberger says Blue Earth County had only a few minor hiccups on Election Day with technology, but it was early enough in the day that it did not affect any voters.
