The Mankato Salvation Army is back open on a limited basis. Leslie Johnson with the Salvation Army says they will re-open their doors at ten this morning for clients seeking Emergency Social Services. Johnson says access to restrooms will be limited and there will be no shower and laundry facilities available to the public. She adds the noon feeding program will take place with a hot meal served in the dining room and the shelter program will continue, uninterrupted. The regular business at the Salvation Army has halted Tuesday after an issue with the plumbing was discovered.
