The Minnesota Wild’s fourth win in a row ended with a strong finish, but the Wild were losing for the first part of the game.
In a home game for the Florida Panthers, the Wild’s opponent scored two goals in the first period. However, this lead wouldn’t last forever, once Wild defenseman Carson Soucy scored a goal in the third period.
From then on, the Wild spent the last third of the game getting on top of the game, with Luke Kunin scoring a goal with 1:01 left in the game to make it 4-2.
Also worth noting is Kaapo Kahkonen, who stopped 44 shots in his second NHL start ever.
The Minnesota Wild are currently 13-11-4 and will face off against the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow at 6 PM.
