An incident that started at the intersection of Highway 169 and Riverfront Drive led to three people being arrested in Mankato Thursday. Mankato Public Safety says Pierre Tieh-Bryant was charged with second-degree assault, Christopher Chustz was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and Ayla Grother was charged with fourth-degree DWI and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Authorities say a U-Haul truck and a pickup got into an incident on Highway 169. Public Safety says both vehicles pulled over at the intersection of Second and Walnut where Tieh-Bryant was accused of displaying what ended up being a replica BB gun. Authorities say the Uhaul turned into a dead-end at Second and Cherry Streets where authorities caught up to them.
