Minnesota Governor Tim Walz says he expects to release more information regarding an extension to the state’s stay-at-home order on Wednesday. Walz says he hasn’t finalized the plans yet.

“We will continue to do a lot of things we are doing that are making a difference,” said Walz. “But we will add a roadmap and a set of directions to help us move in a refined matter. We’ll review what’s working well and we’ll review data to potentially add a few things that could also work really well.”

The current stay-at-home order expires Friday at five p.m. Bars, restaurants, health clubs, and entertainment venues remain closed until May first. Schools will still be distance learning through at least May first.
