Union members accuse Republicans of holding up COVID bonuses for front-line workers in Minnesota, as a special working group remains stalemated.  Carmen Brown, clerical worker at Hennepin County Medical Center, says they’re the first to greet patients and were the last to receive personal protective equipment:

“As a health care worker, I am offended that Minnesota state Republicans are holding up paying *all* front line worker bonuses.”

Republicans contend there’s just 250 million dollars available, and to provide a meaningful bonus, only front-line workers exposed to the highest COVID risk should be included at this time
