The 2022 holiday tours at the Minnesota Governor’s Residence will kick off on Friday, December 16. The residence will be open for public tours on December 16 and December 17. Tours will occur every 10 minutes between 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, December 16 and 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Saturday, December 17. Reservations are required and groups are limited to 25 people.
Self-guided tours explore the first and lower level of the 110-year-old residence showcasing the holiday decorations. During the tours, volunteer docents from the Women’s Organization of the Minnesota Historical Society will be on hand to answer questions in each room on the first and lower level of the residence.
The tours of the residence are free and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
