— “That was no good. That was no good at all.” Those were reportedly the last words from cinematographer Halyna Hutchins moments after being shot by Alec Baldwin in New Mexico. According to the Los Angeles Times, Baldwin was rehearsing with the gun moments before, saying “So, I guess I’m gonna take this out, pull it and go, ‘Bang!'” Baldwin fired the weapon after he was told it wasn’t loaded. No charges have been filed and authorities are still investigating.

— Carole Baskin is suing Netflix over the streaming service’s sequel to “Tiger King.” According to TMZ, Baskin details in her lawsuit that the footage being used for season 2 is just left over footage from the first season. She argues the footage is just being repackaged to make it seem like she’s given new interviews. Baskin wants a judge to force Netflix to remove any footage of her in the upcoming season. Tiger King 2 is set to be released on November 17th.

— Dan Levy is hosting a cooking competition that’s coming to HBO Max. The series hosted by the “Schitt’s Creek” star is called “The Big Brunch.” Its exact premiere date is unknown, but it’s expected to debut next year. Those on the show will have to come up with new ways to show what it means to eat during brunch hours.

— “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” actress Kristy Swanson is in the hospital with the coronavirus. On Monday, she took to her Twitter to say she was at the tail end of her battle when pneumonia “jumped” into her lungs. She also took a second to thank fans for their support and to shout out the New Jersey healthcare workers that helped her. Fellow “Pretty in Pink” star Jon Cryer, tweeted saying he is wishing her strength, rest, happiness and health.

— Josh Brolin is celebrating his sobriety. The “Goonies” actor took to Instagram to say Monday marked eight years of being sober. He thanked family, friends, and God for helping him reach the milestones. His lengthy caption laid out what sobriety means to him including “knowing the difference between selfishness and integrity.” In 2013, Brolin went to rehab for substance abuse, which at the time he called a “real turning point” in his life.

— Kourtney Kardashian and her finance Travis Barker are saying goodbye to Halloween. On Monday, the couple posted photos dressed up as Edward Scissorhands and his love interest, Kim Boggs, from the 1990 film. Both Barker and Kardashian captioned the photos “‘Til next Halloween.” The couple went all out for their first Halloween together. On Sunday, the two revealed they dressed up as characters from the 1993 film “True Romance” while earlier last month they dressed up as Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen.

— Even though Halloween just happened, Mariah Carey is ready for Christmas. In a new social media video, Carey can be seen in a red sparkly gown smashing pumpkins that read “IT’S NOT TIME.” However, her classic song “All I Want For Christmas is You” starts playing as she says “It’s time.” Following the video, she announced her new holiday song, “Fall in Love at Christmas” is set to come out this Friday. It’s features Khalid and Kirk Franklin.
